These Terms and Conditions are issued by The Hinitiative Limited ("thehinitiative") and govern the use of thehinitiative's websites (thehinitiative.com and thehinitiative.co.nz), including shopping and participation in promotions run by thehinitiative. In using our websites you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.

Any amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on this website and will be notified via our News section.

Online shopping:

All Products displayed in our online catalogues may be purchased (subject to availability). Products displayed in the catalogue may be purchased by direct credit of the purchase price and delivery costs into thehinitiative's nominated bank account which is specified on your purchase confirmation page and tax invoice / receipt. Online credit card payment facilities are also available.

Pricing:

All prices in the catalogue are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$). For New Zealand deliveries, all prices are inclusive of GST. All prices are correct at time of publication; however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason. In the rare event that this should happen after you have ordered a Product, we will contact you prior to processing your order and at your direction will either process the order at the altered price or cancel the order. Customers are required to pay delivery costs for the delivery of their product. The delivery costs are set out in the FAQs.
Please be aware that if your order is to be delivered overseas, you may have to pay additional tax or tariffs as required by the country of delivery.

Minors:

thehinitiative may provide content and information which minors may find interesting and wish to access. The services provided by The Hinitiative are not available to those individuals under 18 years of age.

Privacy:
thehinitiative will only collect personal details relevant to the goods and services we provide. The personal information we will collect is set out below:
Name, Address, Phone number, Email address,
Records of correspondence (e.g., we may retain the content of any email message that you send to us)
Order and payment details.
